"I don’t want to complain to much as I paid next to nothing for 4 days but it looks as though the owners of the hotel have given up or run out of money. "Loved our stay here, the location is perfect at the bottom area of town (no hills to climb) close to shops & beach. The staff were lovely, in particular the cleaning staff who were in 5 days from 7. Room was comfortable & balcony fab! The only reason we didn't give a 5 star was due to a few small maintenance issues (balcony door lock, microwave door opening & leaky shower) however don't let that put you off, we had a great stay and would recommend. "The hotel is pretty outstanding visually. It really is like being transported to a tropical paradise.Great views and the size of the room was great. There was a really good pool for our toddler too. Great choice of food at the buffet. I was initially concerned about the price of drinks but they weren't too bad. We did also get water at breakfast and in the room with the Unique package. One of the toddler pools was not working and there were works going on during our stay The music at night from the bands/shows could be pretty loud and hard to sleep at times The British tv channels do not work, apparently this is a bigger problem than the hotel and not a big deal but it would have been good to have been informed about this at check in I was encouraged to check in in advance but I can't see how this saved any time upon arrival as I had to do it all again I'm listing all of these things although minor as these are the things that would make it an all round 5 star experience."
