Overall positive stay mostly due to the sauna The apartment room was ok but it was such dry warm that was making impossible to sleep well and despite turning off heating and opening window in a snowing night it was still warm… Restaurant was also good price/money wise

Don’t do it. The hotel receptionist was rude. She did not want to give us the two bedrooms with three beds that we reserved. She said the five of us in our party could only have one bedroom for two people. After arguing for an hour with her they agreed to giving us the two rooms we had reserved but ended up charging us more than we were quoted on Expedia. I do not recommend.

L’accueil a été froid et nous avons eu la surprise d’apprendre que la cuisine de notre « appart-hotel » était en option Les matelas étaient très durs Pas d’électricité dans les prises de la mezzanine Douches instable froid-chaud WC qui fuit Le petit dej était copieux et très bon La piscine-balneo très agréable Calme

Location

Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water.

Evitar temporadas altas, para tener buen servicio.

A éviter en haute saison. Hotel agradable y comodo, pero desconsejo venir en temporada alta que estan bastante superados. Por ejemplo, nos paso que se les olvido hacer la habitacion. A decirlo, ni pidieron disculpa, nos traeron unas toallas y hicieron la cama, nada mas. Sin embargo, se come muy bien y variado en el restaurante. Aunque de nuevo una de las noches, nos olvidaron y el servicio resulto muy lento. Y si quereís cenar tarde no se puede, el ultimo servicio es a las 19h45!

Hotellet är jättefint och vi fick ett jättebra rum. Personalen var så kort och irriterad och ogästvänlig så det var tur vi bara skulle övernatta. Nästa gång sover vi hellre i bilen.

Séjour Mont Louis

La chambre est parfaite vue sur les montagnes le soleil couchant. Tout est rénové salle de bain parfaite avec WC séparé installation électrique parfaite. Le personnel est adorable (Repas du soir et petit déjeuner).je reviendrai certainement.

What a friendly find with everything right there.

Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!

Muy correcto, recomendamos

Pasamos 2 noches, toda la estancia fue muy correcta, nos dieron una habitación con vistas a la montaña como le pedimos. Paramos en los apartamentos, limpio, con toallas y artículos para bañarse, siempre con buena temperatura para estar dentro en remera. Te hablan en español, felipe un genio como nos ayudó. Se nota que es antiguo el hotel pero todo funciona perfecto.

FABULEUX

Les chambres sont sublimes et la grande salle de bain avec douche italienne. L'eau est très chaude. Tout vient d'être refait avec beaucoup de goût. Une vue imprenable sur les pistes de ski de Saint Pierre. L'isolation phonique est extra, c'est simple on entend rien. La restauration est de grande grande qualité varié et tout fait maison. Des menus différents tous fabuleux. L'acceuil est top et tous les serveurs souriants et de vrais pro. La propreté de la balnéo et des chambres est irréprochables.
