“I loved my stay there! It’s right on the beach and restaurants and bars are next door!! I would go back!”

“The guesthouse is situated overlooking the ocean but it is well hidden. Don't give up! Follow the unpaved road around and you'll find a gem. The proprietor is friendly, will provide breakfast, arrange take-out meals and transfers if needed. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Clean room, nice staff, good choice breakfast, very inviting pool and overall, the Hotel just feels like a big hotel chain with their ergonomics and finishing touches. Just one thing, even though on the website it states service animals are the only ones welcome, you might be given a pushback as most DR places are quick to rule out and indiscriminately judge on a quick no for a service animal’s entrance unless you press the matter further. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place and friendly staff.”

“We stayed the night before our cruise. $25 cab ride away from airport and from cruise terminal. Cabbie did not recognize hotel name as it was called something else. Staff did not speak English but check in was easy. Rooms were a good size. Very basic amenities. Just a bed and a table and chair ( I think). No towels in room. I think there was a small soap. Front desk guy went to find some towels for us. Bathroom was poorly lit and slightly moldy. Water was cold. Breakfast was eggs, toast, juice...
