Checking was a headache, the Villa I was supposed to get was given to another person so I had to wait outside for 2 hours for another villa to be cleaned. We also wasn’t allow to be in the area of the hotel wish had the restaurant and bar so we had to travel outside to look for food, that was never communicated to us we was told that we can eat at the hotel.

NO ALOJARSE AQUÍ... DO NOT STAY HERE, This Villa is from a private owner, it is not from Hotel Palma Real. Villa totally dirty ,,, kitchen with mouse droppings, disgusting sanitary, beds with dirty sheets, some lights not working. A complete disappointment. DO NOT STAY HERE ... We ask for the return of the payment and the owner refused and then did not answer the phone anymore ..
