"10/10 downtown Mexico City hotel! Great location close to historic landmarks, shopping, and the metro! This place was fantastic, such a thoughtful and hospitable staff, always very prompt and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping to the service staff in the restaurant a cafe. Will be coming back here again!!"

"Not very easy to find but that could have been due to construction. I had asked for rollaway anf it was not given so make sure you keep calling them before you arrive. I emailed and did not receive a response. "

" I stay every time wen my flight is early and this time the bed was comfortable except Kleenex box was empty the need to check every time when the cleaning."

"The place was clean. Our room was clean. The staff was great! They were all helpful and very accomodating. We had an issue with the AC and the repair guy was in our room in less than 10 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom in our room. It didn't have any divider and was only covered with a shower curtain. The floor was leveled with the rest of the floor, so the water spilled over while we were taking a shower. Just a suggestion, have a small convenient store inside the hotel like the other hotels. Have some basic emergency things like Tylenol and snacks. Sometimes you need it in the middle of the night. there's really nothing near around the area. Overall, it was a really nice hotel."
