The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff very pleasant. The restaurant next door is amazing with very good food and service. I'd only add a fan to the rooms but other than that, everything was perfect.

Great for families!

The hotel has excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The in hotel restaurant is convenient and has a great variety of food options. My only wish was that the location was a bit closer to the town center but that meant it was a bit quiet which was appreciated. Good value overall!

We stayed in the family suite, only room with air conditioning. The room was super clean, i was very impressed how clean it was. I normally get grossed out easily and I'm very picky so i had to go in with an open mind and it was only for 1 night, so i was mentally prepared. The room was nice, nothing fancy. Mattress is firm and sits on a concrete platform. To my surprise i slept great! And the room was spotless!! Very very clean, no bugs, no weird smell, the bath room was is great shape, literally didn't find anything broken. The bathroom tiles were so clean no grim or dirty grout. I was so surprised how clean the room was. I would definitely stay there again!

Es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse, el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que es un poco difícil regular el agua caliente de la regadera, fuera de eso es una excelente opción para pasar la noche.

Prima verblijf, dichtbij de pyramides

Het is een prima, keurig hotel op 10 min rijden van de pyramides. Keurig flesjes water op de kamer en een lekker ontbijt (wij hadden fruit vh seizoen, heerlijk! We hadden vooraf contact gezocht omdat we laat zouden arriveren, geen probleem, we kregen het nr van de nachtwacht zodat we konden appen als we na 23.00 zouden aankomen. We hadden dit hotel gekozen omdat er bij veel hotels in de reviews klachten stonden over warm water en hier niet. De douche was idd heerlijk. Het zwembad stelt niet zoveel voor maar het was een lekker plekje om te relaxen met een boek op een bedje. Prijs/kwaliteit klopt gewoon. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en met Google translate kom je heel ver als je geen Spaans spreekt.
