The staff were so friendly, the hotel and our room was very clean, there are so many activities to do both in and out of water, and the food at the buffet and restaurants is just perfection. The resort is not as touristy and it is more local with a lot of touches from Mexican culture. All of this only made our stay here more memorable and amazing."

My only thing we paid for ocean view king rooms and we did not receive that; my view was of the roof top restaurant and my daughters room view was of a wall.
