"This was the perfect hotel for our trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro."

"En la página de internet se aprecia una la terraza muy agradable con los sillones y la fogata, actualmente no funciona este espacio para los huéspedes y no se advierte en ningún lado de la página que está fuera de servicio, tampoco funcionaba el jacuzzi y no ofrecen desayunos como lo ilustraba una de las fotos que ví en la página cuando reservé mi estancia. Creo que deberían actualizar su información y advertirle al cliente que no todos los servicios están funcionando pues me desilusionó un poco...
