Our stay at Holiday Inn Queretaro Zona Diamante was absolutely incredible. The whole hotel was extremely clean, the rooms very comfortable and the staff were excellent and helpful. The city views were amazing and the recently renovated pool was so relaxing and perfect.

Staff is very welcoming and customer service is second to none. The property is off a very busy road which can get noisy. AC was the only negative, it struggled to stay at 73 degrees, so it felt too warm at night. Otherwise, excellent place to stay. Great for families.

We experienced a nice 1 day stay. Property and rooms are very nice, quiet and close to malls, etc. The 24 hour front desk staff was extremely nice, spoke English and setup up a 3AM taxi pickup shuttle to the airport for us. Airport was 30 min away with no traffic this time of the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Food was good. Service was good, only a little English spoken, but they tried hard. Very far from queretaro airport QRO. The hotel coordinated with a taxi driver who unfortunately coughed and sniffled most of the way. Two days later, we were sick with a cold. He should have worn a mask.

I like the nice view of the property. What I dint like was there was no shuttle to and from the airport as describe on their website. It was two times they only went so they sucker you into staying at the place so ended up needing a cab both ways.

Hotel with great service.

It was a very good stay. I just want to highlight 2 aspects: the best thing about this hotel is the service of most of the staff. They were amazing! However Miguel in the reception was the exception. He was cold, he didn't offer to open a voucher for expenses that I needed to do afterwards, was professional but just doing the minimum. On the other hand, someone outstanding was Filiberto the Concierge. What a pleasure interacting with him!!! He was attentive and proactive... I can't say enough of him.
