Muy buen lugar para hospedarse aunque el costo que brindo la aplicación hoteles.com no fue el mismo; a demás a la mera hora me quisieron cambiarme la habitación por otra que no era la que había reservado la mantuve pagando dinero extra! Pero de ahí en adelante muy buena opción un lugar calmado y cercas del centro de Querétaro...

Vale lo que pagas, muy cómodo y limpio

Fue una grata experiencia, desde que llegué todos los encargados muy amables, atentos y serviciales, las instalaciones muy bien, excelente la limpieza, tienen vigilancia, la zona es muy segura, está frente a un parque muy bonito y a los alrededores encuentras cafeterías y pequeños negocios de comida, me gustó mucho quedarme en residencia Ximatario, lo volvería a repetir

La estancia estuvo bien el único detalle es que la habitación no tenía agua caliente y había que subir escaleras que no son tan seguras

Lo único que les falló fue el Wifi. Estaba muy intermitente, a cada rato se le iba la señal. Consideren invertir en una infraestructura más fuerte y que permite mantener una conexión estable. De ahí en fuera, cumple con dar asilo, además de estar cerca del centro

Mi estadía en la residencia Ximatario fue excelente. Lugar muy tranquilo, excelente ubicación y personal muy amable desde el momento de mi llegada. Los cuartos, baños y áreas comunes limpios y ordenados. Recomendable si lo que necesitas es algo donde quedarte a un buen precio por la zona.
