“Très bon séjour. L’appartement est bien aménagé et équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’insonorisation : nous n’étions pas gêné par nos voisins ( la résidence était complète au moment de notre séjour ). Le local pour stocker les skis étaient très pratique et la salle de jeux appréciée par nos enfants. Il est également possible de louer les skis directement à la résidence. L’accès aux pistes peut se faire à pied en quelques minutes.”

“Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Las instalaciones están bien pero hay algunos puntos que necesitan renovarse como el ascensor. Las toallas y la ropa de cama debería estar incluido en el coste del precio.”

“Résidence dans le centre ville, face à la télécabine des Airelles Nous étions 5 adultes/2 enfants POSITIF : -Emplacement -Espace et Aménagement de l'appartement (cuisine, salon spacieux avec 2 canapé lit tiroir, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, terrasse) -Accès piscine chauffée (quelques degrés de plus serait agreable!), hammam et Sauna. -Le Calme -Salle de jeux pour enfants (plus pour les petits) -Accès direct de l'appartement à la terrasse extérieure -Bonne literie dans les chambres...

“A pesar que solo pasamos una sola noche, definitivamente me hubiera gustado pasar todas las vacaciones aqui. Somos una famila de 5 y el tener 2 pisos nos dió mucho espacio para acomodarnos. Ademas tener 2 baños es todo un lujo. ”

“The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it.”

“The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. ”

“In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!”
