"My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, and management was just as dismissive and unprofessional. In an industry that is supposed to be built on hospitality, the lack of basic courtesy and compassion—especially toward guests traveling from other countries—is inexcusable. As a medical professional, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, and what I encountered here fell far below any reasonable standard. I reported a broken refrigerator twice, and it was never repaired. This level of neglect clearly shows a lack of accountability and concern for guests. From the poor service to unresolved maintenance issues, this hotel demonstrated a consistent pattern of disregard for its customers. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I would strongly caution others against staying here."

"Great location and we have stayed in Barcelona many times. This was worth it even just for the stunning roof terrace. Panoramic view of the city with the amazing Sagrada Familia taking centre stage. Room was really nice with lovely shower. Staff always really helpful even when we arrived after midnight."

"The property is in a great location, near to the tram and metro. It is also next to a tourist bus if that is something you want to do. The man on reception was very nice and checking in and out was efficient and smooth. The staff at the bar were very nice and the drinks and food were good also. Our room was clean, spacious, we had no complaints at all. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again."
