"Lovely adults only area. Main pools were good but needed to be cleaned more - lots of cups left overnight (I know people should clean up after themselves but they dont so more staff cleaning the pool area and pool would be good) Cups at the bar should be reusable plastic too. So much waste. Food was as you would expect. We managed to find something we liked each day. It’s good that you can swap between dinner and lunch if you want to go out in the evenings. Rooms are clean and quite well maintained. So are public areas and toilets. "

"The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"My 6 year old loved the kids club. The heated pools were excellent temperature for swimming in April. Rooms were a good size for a family of 3. Would highly recommend this hotel "

"Mixed Experience – Good Staff, but Several Frustrations Our stay was a mix of positives and negatives. On arrival, Expedia had incorrectly listed our children as infants, so we were asked to pay ~£700 extra despite booking a 2-bedroom family room for two kids - very frustrating. We also had to carry our own luggage to the room. Food was tasty but repetitive; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were mostly the same and themed restaurants were just minor variations of the buffet. No iron in the room (rentable externally for £20/week) and WiFi is free for only 4 devices. Never came across this in a hotel before,especially a Riu Staff were mostly friendly, especially the entertainment team, but towel staff could be more welcoming. Drinks were good quality, but tables and sunbeds weren’t cleared, guests are expected to dispose of their own glasses and plates. Overall, the hotel has good staff and basic comforts, but repetitive food and minor service shortcomings made our stay less enjoyable than expected."

"This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!"
