"Location was very convenient. It was located 5 min walking distance from aquaduct but in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very nice and professional. We didn't get to try the breakfast due to early departure time but it was only 10 euros per person which seemed very reasonable."

The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed.
