"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"We had a great stay at the Grand Magic Hotel\. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland is a great bonus, although it can get very busy on the return journey from the park, so be prepared or consider the 30 -minute walk if the weather is nice. Overall, a lovely hotel and we’d happily stay again."

"The hotel was really nice. However, the rooms smelled a bit weird. Also, one of the mornings, we were having the all-you-can-eat breakfast downstairs. I saw a little kid sneeze onto the Mickey waffles and the mum didn't bother to notify staff so I let three of the staff members know. Not one of them did anything about the food even though one of them was translating what I said to the others in French. On the last day, the maids kept opening the door in the morning when we were getting ready to checkout, even though checkout was at 11am. So, overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at, but not the best Disney experience I've ever had."

"Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, so clean, everything we needed. The air con was amazing! The bar area was nice, service a little bit slow. One issue we had was in happy hour cocktails €7 and mocktail €5 so we order 1 cocktail & 2 mocktaols of the month plus another cocktail. My husband paid the bill and when I checked it the only 1 cocktail was reduced. When I asked the bar staff they said they didn't know why and didn't understand why and went to ask a manager. They returned saying cocktail/mocktail of the month wasn't included in happy hour. Not really sure why. Had we known this we would have picked something else."

"The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We used it as a base for our family of two adults with our 3 and 6 year old children while we visited Disney. It was excellent for this, with multiple shuttle busses run by the hotel available for direct transfers on demand. The busses can carry 8 people comfortably, plus lots of luggage including prams/strollers without having to fold them. This makes for rapid loading and unloading with little fuss - great when exhausted at the end of a long day! The drivers were excellent and the exclusive shuttle service is a massive bonus to the hotel. The location and ease of getting to the parks would make this our first choice for accommodation next time we visit, and we highly recommend it to others. We didn’t get a chance to use the restaurant or pool because we were out every day, but they looked great. We stayed in an executive room and the full minibar was included in the price, and restocked every day which was a nice bonus. There were no laundry facilities in the room, but there is a shared laundry room in the hotel. Tokens for use of washer and dryer were available for purchase."
