"We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors (residents) who had a part next to our bedroom. Although staff tried to help things did not improve. Not wanting to risk this happening again we felt forced to move to a different location, despite having only used 1 of our 5 nights rental. We were not compensated for this in any way and management failed to reach out to us, even though we’ve made at least 5 attempts to contact them. Don’t go there. Location not good either"

"Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…"

"The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!"

There is no sea view There was no batteries in the remote for the aircon . Very bellow standard finishing touches ,cutlery was not clean . "Poor condition! Fell down the stairs no signs slippery when wet, they did not even dry up the staircase in the morning after it rained. Bathroom moldy and shoddy, curtains not even hung up properly, curtains dirty. We were not even warned about load shedding when we arrived so were not prepared ahead of time. False advertising as it says breakfast patio… no such thing!!! "
