"It’s time to check in we spent two hours outside the gate. The weather at that time is super windy since there’s a typhoon all of us were shivering in cold wind waiting outside to contact the property back in forth they ask us to pay again. I refused to pay since we already paid everything through Expedia. Expedia help us to contacted them again after two hours we give up they keep hanging up our phone calls.
