"Breakfast was a buffet, which we have had in many hotels. However, the staff here didn't think it was necessary to remove dirty dishes from our table during our meal. It seemed to be our job to stack up the dishes to make room for the next course in our breakfast. I've never seen that before in a 4 star hotel. Staff did a haphazard job of cleaning the room, too. They ignored glasses and cups that we had used and didn't fill dispensers in the shower."

"The room and bed were pretty good and close to terminal 1 but that was about it. There was no towels in room. Nophone to call reception. So I went down and they promised to get me towels before I got back from my meeting but still no towels. Had to go down again. This time they just gave me them up take up! WiFi so poor it’s unusable and really bad reception of data too. When I checked in the past said I put in room number and my name for WiFi. I tried every combination and didn’t work. Had to go to reception where the colleague said irs just first three letters of name only! All together frustrating and wouldn’t stay there again. It’s cheap yes but deservedly so."

"Very clean hotel with friendly staff. I guess it’s becoming the norm to rent sunbeds by the beach if you’re getting a more VIP experience, but I felt that this facility are just kicking the hole out of it, with the exorbitant cost of a sunbed just to sit at the pool. I would have liked to see an ice dispenser ‘somewhere’ on property. We had to pay room service rates just for buckets of ice. My complaint here isn’t so much about cost, but probably the inconvenience of having to wait 20-30 minutes for some ice and they waltz it to your room on a trolley, like you just ordered Dom Perignon! Casino is really small with only one blackjack table, so once the 6 spots are taken, you can’t get on the table …and I found the pit boss on a high chair above the table like a pool lifeguard just a little odd. I didn’t pay enough attention to the location when booking and thought it was in Cannes …but it’s 5 miles away, which I’m surprised I missed this when choosing this place. It’s a lovely beach walk, which we did once (one way) …but the rest of the time we had to pay €20-€25 each way. No biggie, but my mistake when looking at the map."

"Most of my stay has been good. Check in was good and restaurant staff were amazing and greeted us warmly. Food is good. Hotel is clean. I would have given a 5 star. However, I have to mention something about the receptionist handling shuttle services.We told receptionist we were waiting for shuttle service to airport during check out and told her again 10 minutes before shuttle service time as the notice on the counter clearly writes about. However for some reason, I was told to come back the third time to the counter to request the service 5 minutes later as if the receptionist (Terra) could not care more. With all our luggages outside at front door, I felt it was unnecessary and robotic and there was no explanation provided. I would like to see some customers oriented attitude from some young female receptionists. Other than that, it was a good stay."
