"Hotel was great, staff very were nice and all the dinning we tried was excellent."

"This hotel is in a very good location. The room is a little dated but very spacious for 3 twin beds. The only issue we had was that there weren’t any charging outlets by the bedside which made it quite inconvenient. The staff is very helpful and polite. The cleaning ladies started their jobs super early around 8ish. Sometimes, the nosies were too loud and woke my boys up when they needed to sleep in a bit after a long day of walking and sightseeing the day before. The rooftop is super red neck with ppl smoking and drinking up there."

"Great hotel and especially perfect before or after a cruise as it is located 5 minutes from where most ships are docked. Clean spacious room with a great shower! The only thing negative that I could say is that the room got a little warm by the morning. It was nice and cool when we checked in and overnight, but then got warm and we could not adjust it. It was stuck at a certain temperature. But everything and everyone else was were wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. However, the hallways are all painted black, including the ceiling and the doors and the lock where you put your key. And there's low lighting. So it was a little difficult for us being senior citizens to find where to touch our key card all the time. Minor inconvenience. Beautiful view from our room. Restaurant on the first floor a little pricey, but the food was good. Went up on the roof for a view of the city, but it was very difficult to find a place to sit anytime because the hotel is open to the public and anyone can go upstairs to the top floor. Major restaurant with beautiful views and lots of tables but outside of our budget. Most entrée started around $60. But the restaurant was full all the time."
