Decent stay, good price

Busy hostel in busy part of El Alto. Very convenient for the airport, and the hotel arranged a pick up and also got me a tasty food take away delivered. The bed was also really comfortable. Only downside was check in was a bit clunky until the person with a bit of English rocked up.

Fine hostal room, but beware extra fees

We arrived at 4am from the airport as a stop off point. When we got there we were informed there would be a $13 USD fee per night or we couldn't access our room. With no Internet and little information we had no choice, despite this almost doubling the cost of our stay. In the small print it mentions the fee but does not say per night. After finding out there was no 'city tax' and nowhere else charged this fee we challenged the receptionist but were told to contact the booking agent. Still not had a response after over a week of waiting and chasing. The place is fine and functional in general, if a bit cold with a shower that takes ages to heat up. But only stay with eyes wide open to extra fees if you think you're getting a good deal

Don’t really recommend

Staff very friendly, good hospitality. But beds were not comfortable and too small for 2 European persons. Shower was a disaster: Water heated electrically was extremely hot but with 3 cold beams... very annoying.

Les conditions extérieures dans la ville de el alto fu très difficile (véritable guerre civile), impossible de sortir de l’hôtel pour notre sécurité. Le personnel a été incroyable, aux petits soins, j’espère que la situation va se remettre pour eux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

小心額外費用

房間不大很冷且門關不緊，但是熱水很熱而且有暖氣。請非常小心入住時會被收奇怪的城市稅13美元，其他旅館並沒有。雖然離機場很近，但是接駁依然需要50bs，並沒有比較便宜。

The front desk lady was very accommodating to us. She allowed for an early check in, was extremely thoughtful & kind. She organized a taxi to the airport & met us prior to us departing very early in the morning. The room was extremely cold, the procedure of paying & reserving on Expedia seemed unfamiliar upon check in.

El servicio de la señorita de recepción súper amable, te dan té, y pan de cortesía, te piden comida al cuarto si lo deseas y servicio de taxi. La habitación muy cómoda y bonita. Muy cerca del aeropuerto El Alto. Súper recomendable!

非常乾淨 佈置溫馨 熱水很熱 房內還有熱水瓶和冰箱可供使用 CP值非常高！ 老闆娘人非常熱心 雖然只能用google translate溝通 但非常有心幫忙處理所有問題！
