"The decor of the hotel was excellent, combining old & new pieces of furniture & paintings that worked together. They have used every inch of space to create a comfortable dining area and courtyard. Our room (10) was very spacious and comfortable. The air con was brilliant and it was silent which allowed a peaceful sleep. We would also like to mention that the staff were very good but we'd especially like to mention the female receptionist who was on morning/afternoon duty during our stay. She was so helpful and friendly and made my birthday holiday one to remember. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking of going to Palma to book into the AH Art Hotel. Jan & Chris Martin"

"The Hotel Continental Bordoy's location was ideal for us. We were walking distance from the Cathedral and other attractions. And the area had plenty of night life for drinks and food. We traveled from NYC and I remembered to pack a couple of voltage converters to charge our phones and laptop, I was surprised that there were no USB plugins. The front desk was always friendly and helpful in providing us with maps and calling us taxis. The breakfast included a buffet with variety of choices, keto and low carb, and a hot menu, which delicious and eft us full until dinner. The room was clean, and the temperature was comfortable."

"What an unbelievable stay at Hotel Gloria De Sant Juame! The property itself is absolutely stunning. 16th century charm with modern amenities. The 24 hour rooftop pool is an absolute must, listening to the church bells while looking at the stars above. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and each room has it's own unique charm. The on site dining facilities at Patio De Gloria were exceptional for both dinner and breakfast, and their bartenders are incredibly skilled for those pre bed cocktails. Of all the amazing things about this hotel, the single most shining positive was the staff! Every staff member was incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly and really cemented the 5 star experience. We will definitely be coming back."

"My daughter and I recently stayed at Sant Jaume Design Hotel in Mallorca before she began her semester abroad, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. Offers gym, rooftop deck, on site massages and breakfast. The hotel is elegantly and simply decorated and in an ideal location for exploring Palma. What really sets Sant Jaume apart, though, is the service. It is truly on the level of other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Whether we needed help scheduling outings, arranging drivers, making dinner reservations, or simply figuring out our day, every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and easygoing. We especially loved Maria and Kristina, who were absolute queens at helping organize our excursions, and Mark and Alejandro, who helped with everything from dinner plans to beach towels. They made the entire experience feel elevated while still being relaxed, fun, and completely stress-free. Sant Jaume was such a special part of our Mallorca experience. I could not recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again."
