"This hotel welcomes you with a luxurious old world feel!! So close to the train station (literally across the street …) and right on the lake. It was easy to walk along the promenade and take public transportation to different nearby villages. The room was super clean and had a beautiful view of lake Geneva. The little balcony with table and chairs and Nespresso machine in the room was the icing on the cake :). Breakfast had a nice variety which included healthy options as well. What stood out the most was the concierge and staff that worked at the hotel. They were super helpful in finding and recommending things to do to make the most of the stay, even calling ahead ro a nearby vineyard to make sure they had space for us for a last minute tasting. Then helping us with the trains there and back. Overall we can’t recommend this hotel enough and would stay here again!"

"Excellent breakfast. Many options. Made to order omelets. Restaurant also excellent. Amazing views. We were upgraded from a “cosy Mona” to a lower floor panorama room. Many windows that opened for a refreshing breeze. You could almost step right into the lake from our balcony. Bluetooth speaker with good sound plus a comfortable bed and lots of room. Staff offered great service plus help with luggage especially down front steps of building. Easy to get to hotel from train station - follow the blue line on the sidewalk."

"This hotel is lovely. While it is not a 4 or 5 star, it is very nice. It is clean and details are noticed. It is on the lake with great views. The breakfast is amazing, probably one of the best that I've seen anywhere with local produce, homemade healthy items. The restaurant for lunch and dinner features small plates which are also very good. Highly recommend."
