โThe setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please.
Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own.
No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldnโt use my Peloton app to work out with the hotelโs gym equipment. Itโs a classy hotel; I was surprised they didnโt have a booster so we could get WiFi down there.

โIncrรญvel, super confortรกvel! A piscina estava bem quentinha e da pra usar no inverno! Muito aconchegante e a cozinha dentro do quarto tem toda infra estrutura! O cafรฉ da manhรฃ incluso foi um banquete a parte! Muito gostoso mesmo, recomendo! A localizaรงรฃo era bem no centro e fizemos a pรฉ para ir para os restaurantes! Foi รณtimo โ
โThe property is in an excellent location .. from the room you get a view of the lake and mountain .. the staff went out of their way to serve the guest .. spa was excellent .. food can improve โ

1.Internet nรฃo pega nos quartos apenas na รกrea social.
2. Na piscina tem um bucal que puxa o cabelo das pessoas, um perigo que pode causar um acidente gravissimo. โ

โEl hotel es hermoso. Habitaciรณn moderna y cรณmodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente sรบper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volverรญamos sin dudarlo.
Tienen algunos muy pequeรฑos detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baรฑo no funcionaban, TV con mala seรฑal y alguna luz quemada. โ
โThe staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...
