"We booked the park Hotel for one night due to an early morning flight the next day. We arrived at the hotel before check in time. However, the staff were helpful and stored our luggage for us so we could have one more day in Porto. There is a metro stop a couple of blocks away for easy access to Porto. AND we were able to easily walk to the airport from the hotel even with our luggage the next morning."

"We just needed one night before catching a flight. I wasn't expecting much for what we paid, but wow. I think this was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was great, assisting with Ubers and dinner reservations. Highly recommend!"

"Went with my husband for a night. Due to flight delays we arrived around 1 am at the hotel and we had to walk around buildings, with all our luggage, because the main building as locked. What?? Check-in in one building and then return to the main one. The amenities were very poor. Just a shower gel and a body cream. We booked the shuttle to bring us at the airport in the morning and the driver was late (he was inside the hotel talking to his friends). For the price I paid, I don’t really...

"Not a 4 star hotel. Super dated old hotel and they don’t even try to maintain anything. When something breaks down, they don’t even try to fix it. We came into a hot room and the AC was not blowing, and they tried to gaslight me. Make me feel like I’m crazy. But we booked two rooms and the other room the AC was blowing just fine. They made it seem like we didn’t know how to use an AC and they did not change the room until the third time we asked. The balcony area looked really gross. Everything...
