"Since I don't have Videotron TV service at home , I didn't know how to turn on the TV , because by using the remote control ONLY it was impossible to turn on the TV . I went to the front desk reception and the lady came up to my room to show me how to turn on the TV , first by pressing the power button on the cable box below the TV and then pressing a button on the bottom right side of the TV itself , only then was the remote control able to work on the TV . She told me that I wasn't the only person who needed help to turn on the TV , likely they were customers like me , who don't have Videotron service at home . There were an incredible amount of channels to watch , both in the English and French language ."
