"Beautiful setting and clean rooms. I would say that if you’re a light sleeper and can’t handle noise, definitely don’t choose to stay in the bungalows, not soundproof at all. Also not well sealed, so more mosquitoes. However they do provide a net to put over the hed. Might not be needed other times of year. "We had a such a great stay here. We actually stayed an extra night we loved the place so much. We would have stayed longer but we had to move on. We are certainly going to come back to this spot the next time we are in Ninh Binh. The place is very new and everything seems chosen with care.
