"Rooms are a bit dated but clean, staff are friendly and amenities are up to par. It’s a place we return to often for our sports team events. Affordable for a group like this and the kids always have fun in the hot tub and pool. "

Unfortunately, they were not understanding of the situation and declined to offer any refund, which was disappointing given the circumstances. "Barrie Ontario is a snow town, and that's fine, but when you have a hotel in this town and you get alot of snow, then you should remove it...this hotel had massive snow piles that took up a 1/4 of their parking, their wasn't enough room for paying customers to park, they had to park in neighbouring companies and hope they didn't get a ticket."
