"Overall had an alright stay, parking was extremely unpleasant as majority of the parking lot was full with work trucks and closed off to work equipment. The toilet in my room clogged twice and the second time I was given a plunger to deal with the situation myself. It seemed to be the only hotel available in the area. Would not recommend or stay again. "

"The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good! But did have to wait on food as they ran out . I think the ladies needed to keep a closer eye on the food and when starting to get low then start making more. And shortages of seating area. Need a larger area to sit to eat . But all in all was a good place to stay and the room was quite large and quiet comfortable beds. I would stay there again . "

"We were at the hotel two nights and loved it. There were two beds in our room and it was perfect because one was fairly firm which my husband loved and mine was a soft piece of heaven. The girls at the front desk were super friendly. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Orillia just across from the street where all the restaurants and cafes are. I highly recommend the Champlain Waterfront Hotel!"
