"Great hotel, and a very good location convenient to a lot of great restaurants sent to the convention center. The only issue I had was that the restaurant and bar were minimally staffed. I’d hoped to find a lot more lively a hospitality aspect at the hotel. But the rooms were nice and quiet."

"Very well kept older property - but well maintained and updated. In connected to an outdoor/upscale shopping center and has good security, great restaurants and nice shops. Parking has always been covered and free - but that might change, for no particular reason other than more money for the hotel, there is more than ample for the hotel and center. They do host events, particularly on weekends. This is normally not an issue, most of the events are upscale, however for our last stay the stench of cannabis was overwhelming. The staff was appalled by this when informed, but it was an issue. "

"Other than the gorgeous architecture and beautiful lobby, the place was pretty average. The room was clean, but I was short-sheeted (not funny guys!). Didn't see any ghosts, so I was bummed about that. "

"Do not stay here. No elevator except for the service one which smelled of weed. Carpets were damp and sticky. There was shower curtain hung over the window - partially falling off, the sheets were like sawdust, and we left not having used the room. Would not refund after only being in the hotel 10 mins. Expedia have been no help in assisting us, kept me on the phone after I explained the situation and then after waiting for 80 minutes, they inevitably cut me off. I may be done with Expedia."

"I can’t overstate how great of a place Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown by IHG is to stay. It’s only a 20-minute walk to the Baltimore Penn Station, and it’s a great walk. The first free public library is right across the road, and it’s a short walk to the Maryland George Washington Monument. The staff were amazing too! I was surprised at how great Baltimore was to visit. If you’re looking to visit, I recommend this hotel. "

"The room was just adorable, I felt like I was in a little hotel in the tropics somewhere, except for the pictures of the city everywhere. The room was bright and cheerful, rainbow colors on the curtains and bedspreads. The front desk greeter was helpful with check in, and the few issues I had he took care of right away and made things right. I liked the in room single until AC and heater in one. The staff recommended a good Indian food buffet near by. Easy walking distance to The Walter’s Art Gallery and Mercy Hospital. If it hadn’t been so cold, I would have enjoyed walking around Mt Vernon more."
