I had a very pleasant stay! As a finance guy I look for reasonable pricing for premium accommodations. The Residence Inn fit the bill. Inexpensive parking nearby, free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast included, comfortable room, everything I needed for a business trip.
Nice size 1 bedroom suite with kitchen. Breakfast variety with many options. Expensive parking garage but imexpensive street parking which is free on weekend, but on busy thoroughfare. Lovely main atrium area with plenty of seating for a gathering.
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was quite nice, although the coffee was a bit underwhelming. The room was quite nice, although we did not use the kitchen at all. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was well prepared. However, after three nights (we stayed there due to hospital visits) we had fairly exhausted the menu.
I was quiet and pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional.
The chef was so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. He assisted my daughter with breakfast for the entire family that she insisted he receive a great review.
