The only issue I had was I went into the golf shop and was totally ignored. I walked around the small shop and was never greeted or asked if I needed anything and another young man walked in and he was addressed immediately I was disappointed and I walked...

"We were there during renovations. So noise was an issue. Restaurant was closed. Not as clean as I am used too at a highly rated property. Staff was very friendly and did best to make our stay comfortable. "

"The property was under construction, so they upgraded us to a room with an ocean view. The location is great for walking to downtown or the main beach. "

"I enjoyed the location and room was comfortable and clean. Only thing is I wish I knew the room I booked was in another building entirely not connected to the main hotel. The only way there was to walk down PCH and into a parking garage to go upstairs. This kind of took us by surprise along with the parking fee which seemed a bit excessive. "The view right over the ocean was worth every penny, and the staff woman that checked us in was extremely professional! The property needs a lot of renovation is very old and the furniture inside was extremely dated, but with a few extra bucks in each room, they could make a difference!! The cleaning crew in the restaurant next-door was extremely loud about 12 o’clock at night!! The location is fantastic very close to a lot of restaurants and shops!! "
