"Super friendly staff, well kept room and a cosy restaurant with delicious food. And if you love Christmas, this is the place for you. Most background songs in the restaurant where piano versions of Christmas songs (in July). On the negative side but also was a bit amusing in retrospect was the couple that walked in to our looked room while me and my girlfriend were full on enjoying each other. They politely left though. So all good."

"I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to...

"On check in, breakfast was advised to start at 6:30am. I waited for 15 minutes for breakfast the next day and then gave up. All doors were locked to the reception and restaurant and no staff were around to ask. On calling the property I went straight to answer machine."
