I wish the pools was heated so we could swim in the evenings in December after a day at the parks but all the amenities are amazing and for the price you can't beat it we will stay again when visiting! The staff was amazing and Kinize restaurant was absolutely amazing! "

"Property was decorated for Christmas. Bar staff was fun and efficient. Pool drinks were good but had to flag down wait staff. Honestly..i have no complaints. It was a great, fun, christmasy awesome vacation and the resort made it that much better! Would definitely recommend "

"The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean. We had the 2br suite and it worked out perfectly. We ordered groceries to cook breakfast and lunch prior to leaving to the parks. Had a full functioning “apartment like” room. Plus we faced the resort which was a nice view. The patio had a net so it felt safe from everything including bugs lol the lady at the market was so nice and helpful when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. We didn’t utilize the water park. Overall 10/10. Will return. "

"Amazing property gorgeous hotel the pool is absolutely beautiful and they have a patio area where you can relax. They have an outdoor play area for the kids and 2 relaxing hammocks. Staff is excellent extremely helpful and courteous. It's a kid friendly environment."

"Great hotel!!! and the smell at the lobby was amazing... super clean, the room was amazing and the decoration looked like an extremely expensive place but honestly the price was excellent. For sure a hotel that we will repeat when visiting Orlando! Also the location was excellent!"
