The villa was the same as when we stayed at the property when it was the Villas and Cypress, but they cut out the little details that made it special. No more cleaning the unit daily, no mini condiments in the unit like they used to have. (a couple of coffee pods, mini mustard and ketchup. The restaurant was exceptionally expensive and all was a la cart. The breakfast and lunch market food was terrible and very expensive. The conveniences at the market were totally overpriced. A can of Pepsi was $4. Thankfully the paddle boards and kayak's were included. This used to be our favorite vacation resort and now I cannot see returning. Several other repeat guest shared the same feedback with us while we were there. Very sad to lose a place that was amazing to us in the past.

Loved everything about it. We stayed in the flats they were clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The pool was beautiful and the property is well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the restaurants on property and loved that it was close to Disney parks. We will definitely return and highly recommend the resort

The property was stunning. The issue was someone mixed up our booking, and changed our reservation. It was rectified the day after, however the inconvenience was not good. There is no transportation support from the airport, it’s very distant. Overall the resort was relaxing, staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are so modernized, and the water sports were fun.
