The property was clean and easily accessible. I believe there were 3 pools and 5 hot tubs. So plenty of room for everyone. Each day we were offered either 2 free coffees or waters. It was close driving distance to hundreds of restaurants and activities. Great place. I would highly recommend it and we will be back.

We got a bedroom, living room, balcony, kitchen and amazing pool for a fraction of the price we pay at Disney. Our entire stay was less than 1 night at the Grand floridian. My kids like both hotels equally so we opted to save some money this year. The hotel is walking distance from Sea World and a 15 minute drive from Epcot and Disney Springs

Property was terrific! Great pool, bar, coffee shop and market plus activities for kids including extensive arts and crafts options and games and a movie theater! Walkable to all the Sea World parks.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and available to answer the questions that I had. I was informed via text messages of the events at the hotel. My room was great. It was very clean and the mini refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven was useful. I was comfortable being in the room. The pool was outstanding and I had fun in it. I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

Amazing! Anything we called & asked for they were right on it. Security helped with us forgetting our room key a few times, also were there very quickly! Will stay again when we come back to Orlando area! They provide you with everything you need. Washer and dryer being in your unit with a toddler is 10/10.

First of all, the place is beautiful, featuring two different pools, lush greenery, a charming small café, and a lovely restaurant. The staff at the reception is very helpful. The cleaning ladies are great. Everybody’s just so welcoming. I come here several times a year with my special needs daughter and we have the best time. Can’t wait to go back again. Thank you to all the staff and especially Agatha, the waitress by the pool,,, she always makes us feel super welcomed!!!!!
