"11 month old grandson was crawling around the room and his knees where so dirty. Maybe vacuum or wash carpet once in awhile. Air conditioner made annoying sounds and toilet making weird noises. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok. It would of been nice to get in room little bit earlier when driving all night with a 11 month old.it was ok stay but have had better stay with a little more money and staff is willing to accommodate you."

"Our reservations at another hotel got messed up and they were 100% booked. Fairfield rescued us with a bed late at night when we were exhausted. Breakfast was ready on time and tasty. overall it was a good stay."

"The room smelled really bad. This La Quinta charges for pets, which was a surprise. We have been staying at La Quinta for years and never encountered this. There were no luggage carts available at checkout. We waited 45 minutes and finally got an employee to help us, who we felt obligated to tip. Breakfast sausage was cold. $183 for one night is too much."

"Roaches!! There were several roaches in our 3rd floor room. We checked out early because of this and the pool was dirty and the area by the pool/grill was in total disarray. Breakfast was lacking also. No one was actively checking the level of food or coffee. Asked for jelly for toast and she pointed to the honey. I told her not honey I wanted jelly. She said oh and open the cabinet and handed me 3 jelly packets. Didn’t get any more out for the counter. I had to also ask for the coffee to be refilled. We have stayed at the Staybridge branded hotels before so this is why we choose this one. However, this was a very big disappointment. Had to kill roaches in our stuff when we arrived home!! When we checked out the girl at the front desk said thanks for letting us know about the roaches. This is too big of a problem for them not to have known. I would not recommend this place at all. We would like to get our money back since we left a day early and had to get another hotel. "
