"Clean friendly staff"

"The hotel was like an abandoned warehouse: at first, i thought maybe it had gone bankrupt. But there was someone at the desk, and she did check me in. Room 513 was a nice enough room but not the upgrade i should have been given as a Bonvoy elite member. Toilet didn"t flush, elevator stopped between floors, andmsid banged on the door at 9 am, half an hoir before my alarm. And terrible location in a business park. Typical marriott hospitality,if you know what i mean."

"This hotel was very charming and appealed to the history fan in me. Check-in was very easy and the location is great. My only complaint is that the communal iron and ironing board were in poor condition, which was surprising since you'd think the one pair of items that everyone has access to would be maintained well or replaced as needed."

"Staff was very nice about allowing us to check in late - we called ahead and they were very accomodating. Overall this is a very rundown property and there are cockroaches. We slept with the lights on. If we could have, we would have left and found another place to stay but it was 12:30AM and that was not an option. People live here - it's not a regular hotel. There was noise from the hallway all night, a dog was barking and then kids were loud in the morning on their way to school. Do not recommend. "
