"We loved that we were given bus passes to use for the duration of our stay. Riding the bus downtown and to the gondola was very convenient. The parking was free and we enjoyed the outside heated pool."

"Emerald lake lodge is a beautiful location right on the lake with real wood burning fireplace in the room. That was awesome! The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. My only complaint was the parking situation. Overnight guests must park in a remote parking area and be shuttled to the hotel while day visitors can park close to the hotel. It should be the other way around so that overnight guests don’t have to wait for the shuttle which can only take 9 people at a time…and during peak times we had to wait 20 minutes for another shuttle. Otherwise, this place was beautiful and I highly recommend it."
