"Nice hotel for recreation and health with great facilities such as gym, sauna and swimming pool. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great with good varieties of food, even a glass of Prosecco available. We had a great stay."

"Our room (404) was clean and spacious however, there was construction on the outside of the building. Our family member was in 415 and only saw scaffolding. They moved to 504 which had no air conditioning and looked like a dormitory room and was very tiny. The shower had some mold in it. The complementary br eakfast was very good. It was situated in the heart of old city centre making it easy to navigate around. Plenty of restaurants close by."

"The staff were great and it was great having them at the building 24 hours. The room was decent. The single had enough room to layout my suitcase and have room to walk around. The air conditioning was a life saver in the hot summer heat and kept the room comfortably cool. The location was also good, close to the train station. There was only one small set of stairs to navigate on the way. The breakfast was basic, it was sufficient to keep me full till lunch but nothing special."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zurich. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well located. We found it very easy to get around and never felt that the location was inconvenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, one of our rooms wasn’t ready yet, but the hotel went above and beyond by giving us vouchers to enjoy at one of the restaurants while we waited, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the lake. The bathrooms were also very nice and spacious. But without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely spectacular, with an excellent variety and quality of food. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich. Highly recommended!"
