โHighly recommend. If I return to Banff, will definitely stay at Otter again. If you have a lot of luggage, space in the room is a bit tight, but not a deal breaker still. Overall had a great experience. โ
โPerfect for a trip to Banff, located in the downtown area with all the local restaurants and shops. We loved the hotel, its new and the staff were great even offering us umbrellas as we ventured out in the rain. We will definitely be back here! โ
โWithin walking distance to the visitor center and various restaurants. The space is not large, but it is well organized and comfortable. The hot tub was well maintained and the free breakfast was always replenished quickly.โ
โI stayed here for two nights with my family. This resort is located five minutes by bus (route 2, every 20 mins) from the downtown and a bus stop is in front of the hotel office. The staffs are super kind. They booked buses to Lake Louise for our family and gondolas at a discounted rate (with a promotion). I completed our trip plan with their help. The best, the most kind staffs!โ

โFirst of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but thatโs not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location.
