The property was clean and ok but nothing special. The room was ok but definitely dated and the mattress was not that comfortable. For just a place to sleep it’s not bad but if you’re wanting something more than that, this isn’t the place.

Everything was excellent as well as location to Times square. High floor and great view. Clean and comfy. Breakfast excellent.

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!
