"Amazing hotel and staff!!!! Spent 4 nights at the gem of a hotel and cannot recommend it more. The staff was unbelievable- from the front desk, servers, housekeeping staff - all were exceptional. "30 min walk to U of Laussane, or by bus is around 20 min. Grocery store Aldi right downstairs, and Migro about 5 min walk. Housekeeping is by request, hanging the tag outside the door before noon. Staff is super friendly and helped me with a transit pass. Merci beaucoup a vous !"
