"The hotel is very well situated with access to the beach. The pool and hot tub were taken care of daily which was a plus for us. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The shuttle bus was on time and the driver was polite and helpful with our luggage. I would recommend the hotel to include a small shop with some quick food options like chips, ice cream, juice, milk, gum etc. mainly since the Win Dixie supermarket near by is out of business so there isn't another place within walking distance to buy things like that for kids. Overall, we were happy and would stay here again."

"Cozy, clean and updated rooms!! Staff was super friendly and the view from the pool to the ocean was beautiful !! The poolside bar staff was spatacular!! The food was great as well as the coffee shop!! Our two young teenage boys had a great time as well !! We would definitely stay again ☀️"

"The pool area was very poor. One of the reasons I went to Florida was to be able to use the pool. The room was very clean but had some unique features, such as no telephone and no chair in which to sit if you wanted to watch tv. I was not able to get my tv to work and there were no instructions on how to use the 2 remotes."

"Super bien situé, bel hôtel, piscine et restaurant sur le toit. Sécurité super apprécié. On a adoré notre séjour. Le seul bémol est la chambre qui donne sur Ocean Drive, c'est très bruyant. Sinon le reste est excellent."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The view was incredible! The staff was friendly. The location was good for a low key Miami trip but dont come here if you're looking for a party atmosphere. It felt very safe and there were restaurants and shops within in easy walking distance. The pool was underwhelming. Pool bar and beach staff were severely understaffed but very nice and hard working. Beach was nice with lounger/covers and umbrellas supplied by staff. Trish was amazing and made you feel like family. We had trouble with our tv and AC and both were fixed within an hour. It was very impressive. Overall a really nice experience just completely different vibe from south beach and resorts I have stayed at there. "
