"Yes, it’s historic. I understand they are doing some renovations. We stayed in a room not renovated.
Bathroom sink knobs didn’t work right. Plaster and trim work falling off the walls everywhere . Bathroom sink vanity had leaked under and was dark and rotted. Room furniture missing knobs and veneer.
Our clothes and belongings felt damp in the morning.
Shower was excellent."

Also it was difficult to sleep bc of the very bright lights from the parking lot. The curtains did not fully cover the windows and there were no blinds."

"Lobby was very dark. The sitting area had lights off. Very off-putting for a first impression. Walls need paint, smell of a harsh lemon cleaner or fragrance to try to smell clean was very heavy in the air. The tub faucet was cracked and not draining properly. The staff was unable to print my receipt since I booked through Expedia. Would not plan to stay here again. "
