The room was average, we had dinner in cafe del sol and it was pretty good and the service was good. It was the only good part of our stay. The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was hot the ac kept turning off. And we got locked an out of our room at 10pm because the battery died on the room ...

Harrah’s Lake Tahoe – A Caesars Rewards Destination
This hotel is old and tired. They do not clean the rooms daily which is something I have not seen before. The pool is very old and gross and the hot tub was out of order.

Would have liked to have room cleaned once while we were staying there. And there was valet and other extra fees they didn’t tell us about til we got there. That was a little disappointing.
