Overall the apartment was well appointed and would make for a comfortable stay. The toilet needed attention as it did not flush properly.We left a day early as we were tired of the continual banging coming from some sort of renovation a couple of doors away and also Gippsland Water were going to turn the water off from 4am until 9am on the day we were scheduled to depart making it difficult to wash the dishes before we left.

The bed was comfy. Nice walks around and across the road was the water channel. Extra bonus of a washing machine in unit but u had to have your own basket and pegs. BBQ worked really well. Nice to have a separate bedroom to the living space. This is a second time back and there will be many returns.

Decent location but could do with a scrub

Good location for being able to walk into town. Spacious unit for what was offered. However the unit could do with a decent deep clean, our feet were black. The couch was very tired, uncomfortable & grubby. We could feel the springs in the bed. There were long black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived, that we had to clean up. The front security door was broken, as well as some of the kitchen utensils being broken or rusted.

Great property and gorgeous view. Only downfall: - lack of hot water, with a family of 5, the person showering last, had a cold shower. - sofas need an upgrade, spring in the couch was faulty.

The room felt neglected and the staff were not even there on site to assist, just a contact number that went to an automated machine, however they did answer but couldn’t help us. No coffee table, stained sheets, wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re desperate.
