“Our stay was great. We are thankful for the upgrade. The tile in the bathroom is coming up and needs some maintenance. The sofa was really low & very uncomfortable.”

“I have stayed here several times over the years while visiting family in Springtown. It is a clean, safe, hospitalble and convenient place to stay at an affordable rate. Thank you for being consistent.”

“Great location, located near restaurants & some stores. Clean room & bathroom. Very quiet.”

“I was definitely unpleasantly surprised when I arrived and found that my room type had been changed without anyone notifying me. The first staff member i talked to Amanda was helpful and kind but continously cut me off as I was trying to figure out what could be done. The next morning the young woman at the desk was extremely helpful in getting me switched to a room with the kitchen amenities I wanted. If you book any room type with kitchen be aware they might change your room without telling...

“Buen servicio, excelente ubicacion”

“The handicapped rooms are not walk in showers, but a lower tub and portable bench. The fridge is very low so hard to bend over to use it. The room was very far from the elevator, I asked for a closer room but the handicapped ones are far. Breakfast was very good, very cute Texas shaped waffles. Parking is good, Restaurants are across a busy street”

“좋습니다~”

“It's a basic hotel but worth the money overall. Staff are friendly and place is clean. A/c got room freezing. 👍 👍”

“Good”

“The room and toilet were clean and the breakfast was normal. The bed was so high that it was hard to sit.”

“The only problem I had was getting in the tub otherwise the handicap facilities inside that bathroom was amazing. The seat was comfortable and safe.”

“clean room and kind and pleasant staff”

“The entire hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the pool in the in-between time. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. We walked to Sundance Square and all around downtown. Great place to stay.”

“The location was perfect, and the hotel parking lot was great. I was, however, surprised having stayed at other Hyatt properties how small the room was considering it was supposed to accommodate 6 people (there were only 2 of us). There was only one very small closet and the bathroom was extremely small. I was also surprised to find that there was no small safe in the closet or anywhere in the room to store extra money, passports, other items that a person doesn't want to leave in the room when...

“Cowtown에서 가까워서 숙박했는데 한적하니 좋았음. 호텔 주변에는 식당이나 커피숍들이 보이지 않으나, 반경 10마일 안에 유명한 식당이 믾음”

“Nice hotel”
