"Hotel is perfectly situated in the core historic area of Bolzano. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The Südtirol Guest Pass provided to guests allows use of public busses, trains and the Renon cable car - we used it multiple times. Rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel was amazing. The town was spectacular. The hotel staff was wonderful and provided excellent recommendations ( like taking bus to Ortisei and not driving) and lending extra hiking back packs and poles. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean and the location In Town was perfect. The restaurant and bar were lovely food was very good. We will recommend the hotel for sure."

"Beautiful hotel, with modern conveniences and old world charm. Very convenient if you are arriving and leaving by train. The only draw back is the bedding arrangement. Two twin beds are pushed together if you request a double room for 2 - Because the beds are two se pare furniture pieces, there is quite a large gab between. Not comfortable set up if you are a couple!"

"The property was in a great location and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great as well. I would only say the stairs leading into bedroom could cause a problem if you aren't paying attention. Other than that I would highly recommend."

"We had an amazing time. The location was fabulous. The staff and hotel were amazing. We there during August and it was VERY hot in the towns. However, being up at 1500M meant that we were able to sleep and be cooler at night. We will definitely got back!"
