Return Visit Just As Good As Last Time

Very good staff who were friendly, welcoming and provided a great service. Clean hotel and room. Good variety of food for breakfast. We have stayed before and will stay again and it is very reasonably priced and very convenient for town and railway station.

Great Hotel Near MUC Airport.

Clean, efficient staff, close to restaurants and stores, some road noise as it’s beside a major roadway. Great for business travellers; very close to MUC airport.

The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping only emptied the bathroom trash, did not take anything else or make beds. The breakfast was limited options for the price and not refilled when items ran out, going down with an hour left many things were gone

Vacationed with family and kids liked the bunk beds and the room was clean and comfortable. No fridge or microwave. parking is limited in front and you have to park on side street with parking showing BB which is spaces they own..

Good value for money with a few limitations.

The hotel was really good value for money. However, it was not the same standard at the B&B Hotel in Prato where I stayed a couple of weeks ago. There was a really odd water noise that I have noticed in other reviews that became quite distracting. The room was small and there were no facilities such as a fridge and safe which were in the Prato hotel. I changed to this hotel from the Ibis because of my positive experience in Prato but I wish I had kept my booking at the Ibis.

The hotel is nice and clean but we were surprised there was no staff at reception until after 5;00. The self checkin process was laborious, there were two people ahead in line getting frustrated with the system. Only one terminal was working.

I had a very frustrating experience at this B&B Hotel. Upon check-in, I clearly informed the front desk staff that I was traveling alone, even though my Expedia booking defaulted to two guests. The staff member then asked if I wanted to add breakfast, and told me it would be around €13. I agreed. However, I was charged €26 instead of €13, clearly a double charge. I noticed this immediately on the terminal and asked her to cancel and refund the extra amount. She told me not to worry, that she would talk to her manager and handle the refund. The next morning, I followed up and she admitted she hadn't done it yet but would definitely take care of it that day. It's now been days and I still haven't received any refund. Very disappointing to be misled like this—especially after I asked twice, politely. Unprofessional and dishonest service. I do not recommend this hotel.
