โWe only had a quick overnight stay, however checkin was super efficient, the rooms were clean, there were loft beds that the kids loved and the front desk were happy for our kids to play mini golf in the late evening. โ

Smuk og stilsikkert indrettet med lรฆkre vรฆrelser, skรธnne pools og hyggelige restauranter. Der er masser at give sig til, uanset om man vil dase i en solseng, spille padel, prรธve at skyde med bue og pil eller spille bordtennis, pool etc.
Lรฆkker morgenmad og sรธde og servicemindede personaler.

โI can warmly recommend the hotel. Nature, beach, ocean, spa with several pools and saunas, nice view at the ocean. Very friendly hotel staff!!! Hotel close to Copenhagen. It's your own fault if you book elsewhereโ

"The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the canal, and the staff were very kind and attentive. However, accessing the elevator requires going up some stairs, which makes it less convenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Although I stayed in a Junior Suite, the canal view was not as good as expected, which was a bit disappointing."
"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more.
